Full Fat is on the lookout for a talented and organised Senior Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of the social landscape, hands on experience implementing paid social campaigns and a proven track record in delivering high-impact social content. This role sits at the heart of our agency, offering the opportunity to lead innovative social campaigns, manage paid social campaigns end-to-end, drive performance through insight and creativity, and be a go-to expert for emerging social trends. Reporting into a Social Account Director and Head of Social, you’ll play a key role in overseeing delivery; ensuring all work is impactful, on-brand, and aligned with client goals.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Content: Creation, Management & Delivery
Lead social briefings and contribute to the development of exciting, impactful campaigns that push boundaries
Lead the development of content calendars across assigned clients, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and tone
Collaborate with your influencer manager and content team to produce high-quality, on-brand content
Attend content shoots and oversee post-production, ensuring all content aligns with social strategy and KPIs
Sign off on all social content and calendars before final review by the Social Account Director
Plan, set up, execute, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) with a clear focus on performance and ROI
Strategic mindset: Insight, Analysis and Optimisation
Help develop insights that fuel creative direction and campaign performance
Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs
Oversee the delivery of social media reports, demonstrating strong insight and analysis skills
Ensure accounts consistently deliver against KPIs with a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and data analysis
Account Leadership: Client & Team Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted go-to social media expert
Provide regular strategic counsel and insights to enhance client campaigns
Support new business efforts by contributing to creative ideation and insight-led proposals
Act as a social media thought leader within the agency—sharing knowledge of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices
Lead internal and external meetings: prepare and distribute agendas, set objectives, and drive actionable outcomes
Key Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency environment
Proven experience in paid social campaign setup and optimisation, including budget management
Strong knowledge of key social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc)
Excellent understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and platform algorithm changes
Confident and articulate in client presentations, pitches, and internal meetings
Experience working collaboratively across content, production, strategy, and client service teams
Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills
Strong budget management skills, ensures all accounts and paid social campaigns are consistently driving towards KPIs with maximum efficiency and effectiveness
