River Bainbridge serves as the People & Office Manager at Full Fat. As a member of the senior management team, River focuses on cultivating innovative people strategies, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to training. They also manage employee benefits and are an active participant in the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee, leading training and initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. It’s River’s responsibility to make sure the team are living by the Full Fat Values.

With a background in BA Illustration and Communication, River brings a creative perspective to brainstorming sessions, often infusing their unique insights to drive innovation.
